Incumbents have full powers of apprehension and detention which entail carrying a firearm, mirandizing suspects, preserving evidence, and testifying in court. • Serves as a dispatcher for the installation and dispatches police units to scenes of crimes, accidents, and natural disasters. • Performs full range of Entry Control and ensures individuals requesting access to the installation have proper identification to enter. • Performs the full range of duties for defending protection level resources and serves as a restricted entry controller and immediate visual assessments sentry providing surveillance for sensitive, restricted, and limited access areas.
