Are you a hands-on fleet leader who came up through the mechanic side of the business?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing South Florida organization to hire a Fleet Manager responsible for a fleet of nearly 100 trucks, distributed equipment, shop operations, and a team of mechanics.
This is a player-coach leadership role for someone who can manage the operation but still knows how to diagnose problems, guide complex repairs, and speak the language of experienced mechanics.

You're not simply a fleet administrator. You understand the equipment, can troubleshoot alongside your mechanics, and know how to build a disciplined preventive maintenance and shop operation around uptime, safety, compliance, and cost control.
