We recently completed research for the Big Lottery Fund on Village SOS.
Our research findings will be used to inform the future rollout of Village SOS; inspiring people to join in and take the bold step towards starting a new business that will regenerate their own community.
Village SOS began in 2010 when six UK villages won Lottery investment of around £400,000 to revive their communities through new business ventures.
A further four villages received Learning Awards.
Hot on the heels of these projects, Rose Regeneration is now working with a consortium of eight other organisations (led by Action with Communities in Rural England) to identify factors of success and challenges.
Our research findings will be used to inform Phase 2 of Village SOS; inspiring the whole nation to join in and take the bold step towards starting a new business that will regenerate their own community.
