We have worked with Improving Lives Plymouth over the last 8-years to evaluate the impact of its Veterans and Family Hub. This report describes what the Hub is, what it does, who it helps and the difference it makes. It also explores whether the Hub is delivering its work on a cost-effective basis and what it might do next.
