We are evaluating a sensory bus and library service that supports children and adults in rural communities.
Funded by a grant from the Big Lottery Fund, the project caters for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and other health conditions.
This free service includes: (1) a sensory room packed full of high and low tech sensory equipment; and (2) a mobile sensory equipment library with a range of resources available to borrow at no cost.
We are undertaking a process, impact and economic evaluation of the project.
