Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Dental Hygienist role located in Marshall, NC. The Registered Dental Hygienist will perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, including scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance, while following established clinical protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients for periodontal disease and other oral health conditions, taking and reviewing dental radiographs, and documenting clinical findings accurately in patient records. The role involves educating patients on hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment recommendations, as well as collaborating with dentists and other team members to deliver coordinated care. The hygienist will also maintain infection control standards, prepare and sterilize instruments, and support an efficient, patient-centered workflow.\n
