Position: DDI Network Engineer

Location: Charlotte - North Carolina – 4 day Hybrid

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Required Qualifications

\n
• The DDI Engineer will be responsible for providing network operations support for DHCP,DNS,IP address management infrastructure.
\n
• Managing DHCPDNS and IP management systems to fulfil requests. Managing QIP globally for different regions.
\n
• Responsible for design peer review scheduling implementation and request closure process of DDI requests.
\n
• Working on pre-validations implementation and post checks.
\n
• Submit Changes CRQs and execute necessary configurations.
\n
• Fulfilling Resource Record Device Registration and Site code requests.
\n
• Work closely with business partners and customers assisting their level 23 support teams with the research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues.
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• Subject matter expertise in DDI requests Vital QIP and Bluecat
\n
• Knowledge on network concepts of DNS DHCP Firewalls Load balancing IPS basic routing switching excellent understanding of TCPIP and packet analysis.
\n
• Experience in Network Operations Service Delivery.
\n
• Must have hands on experience on Bluecat Vital QIP and DNS tool.
\n
• Adherence to Operational Discipline and Standard Operating Procedures.
\n
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as DNS DHCP Subnetting LDAP IWA IWAdirect SSO and Active Directory.
\n

Desired Skills:

\n
• Candidate should have good Networking knowledge.
\n
• Must have knowledge of tools like remedy Putty or Windows PowerShell Bluecat and Vital QIP.
\n
• ITIL Foundation Qualified Certified Preferred.
\n
• CCNA Certification.
\n
• Bluecat Certification.
\n
• BS degree.
\n
