Forklift Driver - Order Selector

Our team is growing in Saint Cloud! We're seeking an experienced forklift driver - order selector for a booming local company. This forklift position is a great opportunity to seek long-term employment at one of Saint Cloud's fastest-growing companies. Location: Saint Cloud, MN Wage: $23.00+/hr. (Higher pay available based on experience) Hours: Multiple Shift Schedules Available

1st Shift (Tue – Sat): 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

1st Shift (Wed – Sat): 5:30 am – 4:00 pm

2nd Shift (Mon – Fri): 4:30 pm – 1:00 am

Weekend/Night Shift (Sun – Wed): 5:30 pm – 4:00 am

Duties of the order selector - forklift driver:

• Set up, operate, and maneuver forklifts (including stand-up models) and material handling equipment
• Pick, stage, and wrap outbound orders accurately using radio frequency (RF) scanners
• Perform cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and operate pallet tippers and battery chargers
• Ensure all outgoing freight is properly prepped, secured, and shipped completely free of damage

Requirements of the order selector - forklift driver:

• Prior forklift operation or industrial order picking experience (Stand-up forklift experience preferred)
• Hands-on familiarity using RF scanners and automated pallet wrapping equipment
• Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly throughout production shifts
• Comfort working inside controlled cold-storage warehouse environments
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
