Helplines are often at the frontline of health services. We are working with two helplines to help them measure the impact of their activities.
The Helplines Network is a membership-led organisation consisting of 30+ members operating across Northern Ireland. The network was brought together by the Public Health Agency (PHA) which plays a lead role in promoting health and wellbeing. With Rural Community Network, we are working with a parent support helpline and an autism helpline to help them measure the social value they are delivering.
